Rezept für je 2 Lagen im Dörrautomat
Für die Karten
- 320 g entsteinte Datteln
- 350 g gekochten Quinoa
- 1 EL ungesüßtes Kakaopulver
- Abrieb und Saft von ½ Bio Zitrone
- 1 Msp. Zimtpulver
Für den Zuckerguss
- 100 g Puderzucker
- ½ Eiweiß
- Einige Goldperlen
Zubereitung
Mit Hilfe des Zerkleinerers werden die Datteln fein gehackt. Dazu gebt ihr die restlichen Zutaten und mixt alles, bis eine cremige Masse daraus wird.
Die Gitter des Dörrautomaten legt ihr mit Backpapier aus und die Creme verteilt ihr auf zwei Gitter. Die Kartengröße von 3 x 4 cm könnt ihr schon mal vorstanzen. Nun werden die Karten bei 70 °C für ca. 8 Stunden gedörrt.
Kurz vor Ende des Dörrens verrührt ihr das Eiweiß mit dem Puderzucker und füllt das Ganze in einen Spritzbeutel. Schneidet nun die gedörrte Masse in Karten und garniert sie nach Belieben mit Zuckerguss und Goldperlen.
